Hadrian, 117-138. Denarius (Silver, 19 mm, 2.85 g, 6 h), Rome, circa 129-130. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS Bare-headed bust of Hadrian to left, with aegis on his right shoulder. Rev. INDVLGENTIA AVG•P•P / COS III Indulgentia seated to left on throne, extending her right hand and holding scepter in her left. BMC -, cf. 551 (for differing bust type). Cohen -, cf. 846 (for differing bust type). RIC -, cf. 1019 (for differing bust type). Apparently unpublished with aegis. Somewhat cleaned and with a few minor flan faults, otherwise, about extremely fine.
